Orders placed online by 1pm Mountain Time will ship out the next day, excluding weekend days. Regular Plows And Mowers.com office hours are from 8am to 5pm Mountain Time M-F. Please email customer service inquires to email@example.com.

You may place orders using three methods: 1. Online: Place an order online at www.mower-specialist.com. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with further detailed information on when to expect delivery of your order and other important details. 2. Toll Free by Phone: If you would like to place an order over the phone, call us toll free at 1-800-203-8454 and speak directly with one of our expert technicians. 3. Email: If you would like to place an order via email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the specific product name and model number (if applicable) as well as a good time for one of our sales technicians to reach you via phone to finalize the order and take payment.

Note: Mower-Specialist.com does not accept cash. Do not mail cash to complete your order.
How We Ship
Most orders ship by USPS or UPS. Please review the Shipping & Handling Chart below for shipping costs. International shipping and express shipping methods are available on a case-by-case basis at an additional cost.
Other products and snow plow parts Shipping & Handling charges apply and are generally calculated by package weight (lower 48United States only)
Note: Due to USPS & UPS regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight.

Methods of Payment
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal Credit or Money Order may be used to make payment. No COD. Shipments outside the US are subject to additional costs and regulations. All gift certificates, special rebates, discount codes and store credits expire 12 months from date of issue unless otherwise noted, no exceptions allowed.
Orders shipped to a Utah address will be charged 6.85% Sales Tax.
Rarely, an item may be on backorder. You will be notified if a product in your order is unavailable. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items, which have not been shipped.
Return Policy – Satisfaction Guaranteed
Some products for sale online include a manufacturer’s guarantee. All mower-specialist.com parts are guaranteed OEM quality. If your product is damaged during shipping, or you received defective or incorrect product, return them for a full refund, minus shipping and handling (Note: Return Merchandise Authorization Number required). Returned products cannot be damaged or be missing parts or documentation.
If you plan to return a product to Mower-Specialist.com, please follow the following return guidelines: 1. Call toll free 1-800-203-8454 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization number. 2. Place your name, original order number and Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package. 3. Insure the package with your shipping company for your protection.
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the damage. If someone other than UPS delivered your damaged shipment, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier’s bill. After contacting the carrier, please email Customer Service at email@example.com for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.

Some products are covered under manufacturer warranty. For specific questions about your product’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer. Please note that product warranties do not cover mis-installation or damage due to extreme incidents.
